A little about me personally…
If you need someone who can see your true potential and help you make it a reality, then you are in the right place! Working with me will help you find your voice, your confidence, and ability to set and secure boundaries that are right for you and your life – WITHOUT the guilt! If you tired of feeling exhausted and burnt-out from doing and being everything for everyone else, come chat with me today!
My name is Melissa Sorell, RCS, MTC, RTC (Registered Clinical Supervisor, Master Therapeutic Counsellor, & Registered Therapeutic Counsellor) with ACCT #2484. I opened my private practice in 2019 to help people like you gain total clarity and control over your life! I help people to naturally speak their truth with ease and comfort. My love and passion for therapy came from watching people take control of their lives and truly start to live authentically – empowering women to break-free from the cultural conditional of “being nice” and start to find their own power and voice. I will give you the simple and effective tools to authentically express your needs, wants, and preferences so that you can live the happy, healthy life that you deserve!
Like many of you, I am mother, a wife, and animal lover! So when I am not in the office, you will find me spending time with my family and friends enjoying the simplicity of Northern Living – camping, hiking, swimming, parks, evening strolls, and backyard BBQ’s. I love READING and learning so in any quiet moment that I have, you will find me reading; counselling is more than ‘just a job’ it my true passion and my hearts fulfilment so believe me when I say to be a part of your journey is such an honour that I cherish.
If you’re ready to transform your life, then let’s talk today!
